Four speakers presenting for about 15 minutes each:

1. Nancy Gordon, Census Bureau, government statistical agency confidentiality issues.

2. Barbara Clements, ESP Solutions Group, FERPA and a user perspective on access to education data.

3. Douglas Maugham, DHS, confidentiality privacy issues at homeland security.

4. Denise Lievesley, International Statistical Institute and formerly Chief Executive of the UKInformation Centre for Health and Social Care, building the secondary uses service for UK National Heath Service data.

A panel will address to issues raised by the speakers and add their own thoughts. This will be followed by Q&A.
